The Horse of Monet

A seamless stride through time and art.

”The Horse of Monet” is a reinterpretation of Muybridge’s 1878 “The Horse in Motion”.

”The Horse in Motion” is a series of photographs taken by Eadweard Muybridge sometimes attributed as the precursor to modern cinematography. Each frames from Muybridge’s pioneering sequence has been transformed into a Monet-like painting using Photoshop AI generative fill feature. The result merges the realms of reality and abstraction, photography and Impressionism.

“The Horse of Monet” attempts to weave together threads of time and art, trying to create a symphony where technology and the classics come together while paying hommage to the spirit of Impressionism.
